The Foreword
Every skin disease is an enigma. Dermatology is a very vast field in the Medicine. The human skin measures 2.2 m2. Whatever pathology happens in the human organ or system, beit respiratory, hepatic, digestive, renal or the central nervous system will get reflected on the skin. That is why it is advised to all concerned in the diagnosis and treatment of the skin diseases not to be focused only on the skin but to set a wider net to catch more pathologies inside. That only will make a diagnosis complete and proper approach for a definite treatment. A dermatologist will diagnose something clinically but he will be amazed to see something else in the histopathology. This will not only baffle him but will help him to educate himself and the dermatology interns and more interests will be created in their minds.
