ClecioPicarro had graduated at the Faculty of Medicine of the Federal University of Minas Gerais, in Belo Horizonte, on 1992. He had done medical residency in General Surgery and in Pediatric Surgery, in the University Hospital of the same University. After that, he had done his Masters and PhD, also at the same Faculty of Medicine. He is a General Pediatric Surgeon, but he is also responsible for the Pediatric Urology Unity. He is also Professor of the Department of the Faculty of Medicine of the Federal University of Minas Gerais, in Belo Horizonte
