Mandhan is a Pediatric Surgeon and Urologist with special interests in academic surgery. He is currently holding a position of Senior Consultant Paediatric Surgeon & Urologist in the Department of Surgery HMC and Assistant Professor Clinical Surgery in Weill Cornell Medical College-Qatar, Weill Cornell University, New York. He has a significant interest in basic science research and completed his Ph.D. in Developmental Molecular Biology from Otago University (New Zealand) in 2008. Since then, he has been more engaged in basic science research and has been working on hindgut malformations. His clinical research interest includes urology and general paediatric surgery. He is active scholar. He is member of Editorial Boards of peer review scientific medical journals and also an active reviewer of pediatrics, surgery and biology publications. He has authored/co-authored 62 publications; has 110 conference proceedings and guest talks in International, National and Regional clinical/scientific meetings. He is a committed surgeon and scientist with more than 25-years of progressively learning and serving in premier centers across the globe in the field of children surgery.
